1 – Pass the cord through the hole at the end of the ribbon and that one at the end of the stick (Fig 1).

2 – Put the two ends of the cord together so that they are parallel to each other (Fig 2).

3 – Make a simple noose knot (Fig 3).

4 – Tighten the knot firmly (Fig 4).

5 – Cut both ends of the cord leaving 2 cm of border (Fig 5).

6 – Remember that according to F.I.G. regulation the distance between the stick and the ribbon (until the vertical seam) cannot be more than 7cm (Fig 6).
